Mark Arteaga is a Principal Partner with OpenNETCF Consulting which specializes in Windows Mobile, Windows CE and .NET MicroFramework.  Mark's main roles are designing, architecting and leading various software projects.  During the past four years, his main focus has been primarily on mobile projects utilizing Windows Mobile (Pocket PC and SmartPhone), Windows CE and the .NET Compact Framework.

Mark has consulted for various projects, from Extended Systems for their OneBridge product, Verizon Communications on their Verizon One product and Windows Mobile courseware for Microsoft Learning.  Whether working on server side, desktop side or mobile devices side using various Microsoft technologies Mark has the expertise to translate business requirements to technical specifications for the development teams.  Mark has had diverse development and management experience in small, mid-size and large enterprises with extensive product development experience.
